The book “Frie kaker. Kunsten å bake supergode kaker uten melk/mel/egg/sukker“ (Free Cakes. The Art of Baking Super-Yummy Cakes Without Milk/Flour/Egg/Sugar) was published in Norwegian by Spartacus in September 2011. The book is still available via web-bookshops or directly from the editor. The book can also be ordered via your local book-shop.
A new book, “Immun. Kroppens evige kamp for å overleve“, (Immune. The Body’s Eternal Struggle to Survive), on how the immune system works including also the history of many of the people whose lives have been deeply affected by it, came in October 2017. Many readers of the blog friekaker.no (or freecakes.no) will probably also benefit from reading this book. There are separate chapters on autoimmunity, allergy and celiac disease in this book.
